Robert Talevski is a highly experienced and accomplished multi-asset investment executive and business owner wi over 27 years of expertise in investment management and advisory services, spanning various regions and sectors. His clientele includes weal management practices, industry superannuation funds, institutional & high net weal investors, dealer groups, and charitable organisations.

In addition to his responsibilities of servicing Activam clients, Robert is also responsible for a wide range of investment activities at include asset allocation strategy, investment manager recommendations and e portfolio construction process.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Law) from Victoria University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from e Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA). Additionally, he is a passionate advocate for autism- related charities and causes.

With her extensive experience, Kristina plays a pivotal role in supporting Activam’s business growth and development strategy. She is passionate about creating meaningful engagement with our clients by leveraging her skills to deliver tailored outcomes that support our practices in identifying and implementing efficient investment framework solutions. Kristina has a strong focus on cultivating relationships with our business partners, clients, and key stakeholders.

Kristina’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) as well as holding various certifications, including the FASEA Financial Adviser Exam, Certificate of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and a Diploma in Market Research.

Alex has contributed significantly to the investment teams at multi-manager investment organisations, these experiences provided him with insights into diverse investment strategies and approaches. Additionally, Alex has served as a senior investment risk & analytical services consultant, where he collaborated with large institutional clients, addressing intricate analytical challenges, and finding innovative solutions. More recently, Alex played a pivotal role in the establishment of a new investment management capability. This experience underscores his adaptability and skill in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA).

Stephen Jackman is an investment professional with 30 years of experience.  He has worked in institutional investment consulting and for large industry funds.  He has consulted to institutional investors, managed external equity portfolios, and built global database systems for investment performance analytics and the evaluation and rating of investment managers.

Stephen has held senior roles at Mercer, PwC, Hostplus and TelstraSuper.  At Activam, Stephen provides advice on asset allocation, portfolio construction and performs manager research. 

Stephen is a qualified actuary and holds a Bachelor of Economics (Actuarial) from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA).

Roger led the management of quantitative equity investment and multi-asset class strategies as Partner, Quantitative Strategies at Sayers Wealth and Head of Quantitative Strategies & Research at Delft Partners, developing alternative factor analysis approaches to construct and implement Global Equity, Australian equity and multi-asset class strategies.

Roger was Head of Investments at LUCRF Super, responsible for leading the design and implementation of the long-term investment policy and objectives, investment strategy, asset allocation and manager selection across the Fund’s $5 billion range of superannuation products. Roger has also held senior investment management positions at Vanguard Investments Australia including Head of Global Equities, Head of Fixed Interest and Head of Investment Strategy & Research, leading investment teams responsible for managing over $50 billion across passive, quantitative and multi-asset class strategies.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Statistics from La Trobe University and Master of Applied Finance from The University of Melbourne

Holding both a Bachelor of Commerce and an Honours degree in Actuarial Science from University of Melbourne, she has established a solid foundation and acquired extensive expertise in this specialised discipline.

With over 7 years of experience in financial research and data analysis and leveraging her profound knowledge of statistical models and analytical tools, Clara supports informed decision-making processes and provides data-driven solutions. Her proficiency in programming, particularly in Python, R, and advanced Excel techniques, further enhances her capacity to efficiently address intricate challenges.
